Vajra Wind Breathwork

Our human lives are held by our first breath and our last. Given that we share the air we breathe with all life, breathing unites us on a cosmic scale. Vajra Wind Breathwork is a unique practice taught by Master Yuan Miao based on the ancient wisdom of the Himalayas and traditional Chinese Taoist life cultivation teachings.

Each technique has four components:
